How best enjoy the mangoes –
- At the time of delivery you will be informed about when the box to be opened. Also if the mangoes to be kept in box or take it out.
- Enjoy the aroma – it enlightens entire house, keeps reminding you of the box lying there.
- Before you cut the mangoes in slices, soak them in tap water for 10 minutes. This is to remove heat trapped inside the mango.
- If you are going to make pulp, avoid churning it in mixer/juicer – you will love the natural texture.
- Thumb rules:
- To speed up ripening, keep the box closed, to slow down the ripening, keep the box open.
- Follow instructions given at time of delivery.
